MarketWise was at a critical inflection point.

The business was navigating a shift away from legacy newsletter models, adapting to public-company expectations, and attempting to reinvigorate mature franchises that had lost momentum.

We embedded directly inside one of MarketWise’s core franchises to rebuild revenue from the inside. We took ownership of key campaigns, including a breakout webinar that generated $850k+ and was later converted into a top-performing evergreen offer. We played a lead role in returning a previously flat brand to $30M+ in annual recurring revenue.

Subscriber retention improved by aligning onboarding, offers, and editorial cadence with actual audience behavior.
